In compliance with FTC Rule 16 CFR Parts 910 and 912 (effective September 4, 2024), PPAM has updated the terms in Section VI. of the Instructor Handbook. PPAM acknowledges as unenforceable any previous clauses which prevent former Instructors from (1) seeking or accepting work in the US with a different person where such work would begin after the conclusion of the employment; or (2) operating a business in the United States after the conclusion of the employment.
